Class Descriptions

Weights Class - Weight lifting only. Follow a weights program repeated for 1 month at a time. Full body. All levels.

Functional Fitness - Ever changing. Class with barbells, dumbbells, cardio, body weight etc. Always different and for all levels. 

​

Full Body Fitness - Full body workout with body weight & dumbbells. More beginner level, easily modified for all levels. 

​

Open Gym Coached - Members choice. Pick a style of workout you like from the week. Coach present to coach movements.
